It has been raining here for about 2 days now. TWO ENTIRE DAYS - amazing and I love it. Tonight it has been coming down pretty steady and if there is one thing you know about deserts its that it doesn't rain very often.

However, if you didn't know that you would soon learn it being here on a rainy day. On our adventure to Target tonight our cashier was a bit in the dumps being at work. But then having verbalized that he soon realized what he truly felt and that was "well it's better than being out there." I smiled.

Gabe and I, on the other hand, run in the rain and go swinging at the park down the street from us.

As though to humor us further he went on..."I can't imagine what its going to be like on Thursday! (It's suppose to continue raining through Thursday which could potentially be a mess if it was a flash flood but it hasn't been raining non-stop...) It's a mess out there." As our transaction is finished, "Well drive safely out there!"

We left with smiles on our faces having lived in MN and ND most of our lives we thought you all would enjoy this up there :) That being said Phoenicians do struggle at driving in the rain...
